philosophy
My goal is to help keep you healthy, active, and moving - whatever that looks like for you. This may come through different forms, including referral for physiotherapy or bracing, performing injections, or providing education and reassurance. Most importantly, I want to take the time to explain to you what is going on in a way that you understand. This means that I may run behind occasionally, or may not be able to perform an injection on the same day as your consultation.
